It has been a year....
Yesterday, Jon and I realized that it has been a year this week that we haven't had Comcast in our lives. What a blessed year that has been! I feel the best way to express my time with Comcast is with a few Dilbert comics. Just remember, I worked in billing and technical support. So, just sit back, relax, pull out some ice cream and celebrate with us :-) PS: The first one is my favorite!

Wow has it been a year already? That's gone by fast! And what a glorious year it has been, congrats on being Comcast-less! Those comics are priceless, as a tribute you should also do a post of all your favorite hell-ish phone calls :)
I have to disagree-the last one was my favorite. I love it-if only I was ever in a situation where I could use those lines....
Wow, I still remember when we found out you'd lost that job how simultaneously ecstatic and saddened we were for you. Losing a job always sucks, but that one was worth losing :) So glad that you've been able to move on to much better things! Also, Eric and I agree with Bethany, the last one was definitely the best in our opinion.
I use to work for a collection agency and Comcast was one of out biggest clients. I HATED it. When my husband and I were looking to get internet/cable this last move I REFUSED to get Comcast. I'd rather pay extra then to deal with them!!! (I've now been Comcast free for 2 years in April!!!)

I'm so happy you're not working for them anymore. You dealt with so much crap. Congrats and I loved the comics! :o)
